Hi i would honestly like to know if there's a cure for mild chronic inactive gastritis and if yes how long would it take to heal completely. ?

Chronic gastritis: The majority of patients with chronic gastritis, if not due to H.pylori or pernicious anemia, are usually asymptomatic. So curing this problem is in general not necessary. Just be sure you have been tested for H. Pylori and have had a Vitamin B12 level done. Dr. A

Start with diet: Avoiding triggering foods is a good place to start. After that, consider eating smaller meal volumes (including fluids), since a full stomach makes it worse. Hope that helps.
