I am diagnosed with gastroduodenitis and mild chronic gastritis with negative hpylori in biospy.how much time it takes to be totally cure?can it be cured or not?

Gastritis : Usually 2 months or so of medication such as omeprazol or other proton pump inhibitor will give cure... pain should resolve much quicker.
