Yes: Regression : Depending on preLasik risk factors: Rx, amount of myopia/hyperopia/astigmatism, age, genetics, the effect of LASIK can decrease over time. Also after 40yo many develop loss of reading vision that can make it seem LASIK "is reversing" though this is from other cause: more info eyedoc2020@blogspot.com

Some amount of: regression can be seen with LASIK but generally it stays quite stable. Undiagnosed corneal disease and cataracts in old age can change your prescription after LASIK.
