Yes: Regression : Depending on preLasik risk factors: Rx, amount of myopia/hyperopia/astigmatism, age, genetics, the effect of LASIK can decrease over time. Some amount of: regression can be seen with LASIK but generally it stays quite stable. Undiagnosed corneal disease and cataracts in old age can change your prescription after LASIK.
