After LASIK: If you are asking how long lasik will "last", the answer is: at least until your late 30s. There are several factors that can determine this: how much treatment you had, how thick your corneas are since lasik, whether you have early lens changes, etc. As we age, our natural lens slowly turns into a cataract; as this process occurs our prescriptions change - even after lasik.

LASIK duration: I have seen some patients with stable lasik results out to 25 years or more. Each person is different, and each person's eyes will change differently over time.

FDA will tell 2012: There are many unanswered questions. Yours is one of them. A study is underway. http://www.fda.gov/forconsumers/consumerupdates/ucm187351.htm the eye begins its most predictable changes around age 39. My own daughters eyes have not stopped changing and she is 20 years old. Once the study is out and her eyes stop changing. I will consider her a bladelesslasik or prk candidate.
