No: Injection would not increase your girth size overall. A good way to reduce the girth size would be cutting down on carb , alcohol, and fat intake while exercising regularly (core exercise especially). Cigarette smoking would shift the fat to the belly. As you know already, not eating more than you need is essential both for your diabetes and for your girth. Good luck.
