That's a lotta fat.: Granted it's not saturated fat, which is present in red meat for example, but you've listed a fairly large intake of fat, which albeit healthier fat could nonetheless contribute to your total caloric intake and contribute to weight gain. Diabetics need to keep their weight in check. I would advise you to cut this back to once or twice weekly, and not the PB and avocado on the same day.
