Just started 10 mg of Lexapro (escitalopram) 2 weeks ago. I am always tired and I have been sleeping a lot. Is this a common occurrence and when will it stop?

Not uncommon: to experience a few effects when starting antidepressant. Give it some more time to even out. If at 4 weeks you're still having some effects talk to the provider who started the Lexapro (escitalopram) about switching to a medication less likely to cause sedation. Probably: But if the lexapro (escitalopram) is sedating you - would take that at night. Have you considered melatonin instead of advil pm?
