Serotonin withdrawal: If no other illness are present, stopping Lexapro (escitalopram) may have precipated a serotonin discontinuation syndrome. Tachycardia, labile blood pressure changes, diaphoresis, shivering, tachypnea, mydriasis, and sialorrhea (salivation) are one of many other symptoms from abruptly stopping serotonin reuptake inhibitor medications such as lexapro (escitalopram). I am not sure what sleep medication you are taking.
