Disabling health problem and diagnosed with severe ptsd and mdd. i'm worried about attempting suicide again. i know lithium and clozapine are gold standard for suicide prevention but what else can i do besides get tms on top. severe agony?

Pl see a Psychiatrist ASAP or seek help at a crisis center and they will start whatever they feel the situation warrants. PL do this right away. Wish you the best

Please go to an Urgent Care facility or Emergency Room Immediately if you can’t contact your Psychiatrist. If outpatient treatment is not sufficient for your level of mental anguish you may need to spend some time in an inpatient or day treatment setting while the best medication is determined. Have a physical exam and see a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple types of psychotherapy
