Spondylosis: Unfortunately.. once you have spondylosis (or arthritis of the spine), you have what you have. There is no way to reverse the process, although this does not mean 'pain'... There are lots of people with terrible spines and no pain, and vice versa. 'Motion is Lotion' I often say to people with spondylosis and mild flexibility exercises and lots of walking are typically helpful. Good luck!
