Child care blues: Most likely he has been catching some respiratory viruses consistently on exposure to different settings as by this age their immune system is quite vulnerable to different germs their body hasn't experienced. It is also possible that he has nasal allergy and repeated infections have inflamed his sinuses. Due to his age, I will take him to his pediatrician or FP and get him properly diagnosed.
