Dad, 78, fully recovered in 4 days from covid. five days later says has runny nose but no fever. cough still lingers. he did not leave house but mom and daughter caught it to and recovering. possible reinfection?

It could be the same Covid infection, or he caught a cold in addition. He should retest for Covid then follow his doctor's advice.
