Healthy lifestyle: Hi. I applaud you for wanting to stay healthy. I must assume you don't smoke; if you do, you won't stay healthy. Healthy diet is really only possible if you prepare your food at home using healthy components. Eat no fast food; it's metabolic poison. Exercise regularly doing something you like and can stay with. Get screening colonoscopy and prostate check, and anything prompted by family history.

In 400 characters...: cardiovascular exercise most days of the week, small more frequent meals, 50 grams of fiber daily, plenty of water so urine is almost clear, six to nine hours of sleep nightly, don't smoke, don't drink too much alcohol, don't talk on your cellphone while driving, complex carbohydrates, lean protein sources, keep weight healthy, don't do drugs, obey the speed limit. Did I miss anything?

Stay healthy: Eat healthy balaced diet and exercise. American Heart Association recommends at least 150 minutes per week of moderate exercise or 75 minutes per week of vigorous exercise (or a combination of moderate and vigorous activity). Thirty minutes a day, five times a week is an easy goal to remember.
