Good question, : how much of the week are you on daytime schedule. Try to eat rigt and get some exercise and enough sleep to do your work. Socializing on your time off will make you feel apart of the real world. Good luck. night shifts are tough on the body so many people cannot last in those positions.

Keep the routine: Does Night shift mean 11 pm to 7 am? When you come home, have breakfast, sleep until afternoon. And when you wake up do eat balanced meal and exercise and then go to work.
