Trying breathing: to prepare yourself before studying.Breath in slowly & deeply through your nostrils. Fill your lungs with air (but not to the point of discomfort). Hold for a count of five then slowly begin to exhale through an open mouth. Repeat at least 12 times, longer if you need to.

Establish routine: In addition to the previous recommendation ensure good sleep and overall good nutrition and self care. Also recommend a establishing a routine for studying that employs good study habits. predictable patterns often help make stressful events less so.
