complete cbc which was all came back normal except : wbc - 2.9 and neutrophil (absolute ) - 0.8 . she was also diagnosed with b/v and genital warts?

CBC: In the absence of a clinical history and exam it is very difficult to interpret lab data, but this is grossly abnormal and may necessitate a bone marrow biopsy after an extensive evaluation. See a hematologist ASAP.
