My babies cbc 6 days after viral infection. wbc 10600, lymphoctyes still 76% no fever, neutrophils still 18 percent, he is 9 months.rest cbc normal?

This is not bad: This blood count is reasonable given that the baby has had a viral infection. it may take one month or 6 weeks for the blood counts(WBC and Diif) to return to a normal level. These changes are expected results of a Virus infection. It is too early to worry about it.
