Had tonsillitis. seem fine pain/colour now but can't recall normal size . one size grade 1 the other between 1 & 2. how to tell what's healthy/normal?

Normal: You may have always had that size. Sometimes after an infection, the swelling persists, just like with lymph nodes in some people. If able to breathe, swallow normal, they are your normal. If too large, and snoring starts, consider a sleep study.

Not a problem: Normal tonsils can vary in size between individuals and one tonsil can be larger than the other. I would not be concerned.
