Possible: It is possible that you have something called Bechet's syndrome which has both oral and vaginal manifestations. It is ALS possible that if you have cold sores ( herpes labialis) you can transfer the virus to the genital area on your fingers and develop genital herpes. Hope this is of some help and you feel better fast.
