See your GP: Suggest you see your GP if you've had unexpected bleeding between your periods. Irregular bleeding is really common & has various causes. It may or may not have anything to do with your previous HPV diagnosis but still needs to get checked out especially if it happened more than once. Good luck!

HPV: As long as your cervical smears are fine , you should be good. Brown discharge can be from many causes. Get bacterial swabs to rule out bacterial vaginosis or other STI. FU with your GP

See doctor: Worth checking for the possibility of infection with swabs via your doctor as the others have said. I don't think will be related to the HPV. Sounds like you don't have the high risk HPV so may not need more frequent smears. However best to consult your primary care physician/GP who will have the records and the recommendation as these vary from country to country.
