I had hpv test 4 years ago age 21 it was negative. 4 months ago had another hpv test it was negative also. no cytology needed come back in 5 years. recently started bleeding between periods. is it cervical cancer? very worried?

Cervical cancer would be near the bottom of a list of possibilities in this setting. Dysfunctional uterine bleeding as described is a relatively common affliction of young women. Get in and sort it out with your doc. There are readily available treatments.
