Im 31 and get this sharp pain inside my left nipple that comes and goes for days, i dont feel any lumps and cant go to the dic untill jan, im worried?

No tumor: tumor of breast rarely ever associated with pain. Symptoms behind nipple that is intermittent probably related to fibrocystic disease where fluid in duct system is partially blocked causing some discomfort. At age 31 mammo would have no value because of breast density. If breast physician has any question, an MRI might be of value but I suspect this will completely subside.
