Exam and mammogram: Breast cancer in young people is rare, but an exam, careful history and probably a mammogram and or ultrasound is required. Depending on the findings, a biopsy may be required. While a 1 cm cancer would be small and probably have a good prognosis, the diagnosis must be made first. See your obstetrician.
