PCP or gynecologist: Breast cysts are common. If it does not go away over 3-4 weeks, a breast lump should be evaluated. Cysts can be aspirated and fluid removed with a needle if necessary. A primary care physician or a gynecologist would be most appropriate.

Likely gynecomastia: An internal medicine doc or family physician can refer you to a breast center or imaging facility for a mammogram and possibly ultrasound to assess.
