Breast lump: Uncommon to have malignancy be diagnosed in a young woman but presence of a new breast lump should always be evaluated by a specialist and possibly biopsied.

See doctor: She should see her gynecologist for an evaluation. It probably not cancerous but there are many noncancerous lumps that occur in the breast.
