Nope: "Reactive" means just what it sounds like...reaction to an infection (old) ...just doing it's job! Hope this is helpful! Dr Z

Yes: Get an US or MRI to substantiate the diagnosis. Any mass if you are post menopausal should be biopsied. Hopefully it is infection but a mammogram is not proof. All the best and careful follow up.
