Diets can be complex: Lots of fruits and vegetables can only be a good thing. Try for 5 servings of these a day. Vary the colors and you will have done a great service to your health present and future. Get some dark or light, red or green. Vary types. These foods can do amazing things. Some lower cancer risks. Good luck. This would be a good start for you.
