Healthy diet: You could have your doctor refer you to a nutritionist if you want more detail. I recommend HEALTHY: whole grains, nuts, legumes, fruits and veggies, healthy oils (canola & olive), lean meats, nonfat dairy; ELIMINATE OR MINIMIZE INTAKE OF simple sugar, saturated fat, white flour, white processed foods, fast food. Regular exercise for life is of course excellent in addition to healthy diet
