MVB: Moderation in all things, variety of foods, and good balance. Try to choose from all food groups including fruits, vegetables, legumes, beans, whole grains, proteins, dairy and healthy fats. Try to eat in portion control. Half your plate as veggies is suggested by the government. Get a variety- of colors as well, as each provides different benefits
