Diet when pregnant?: Eat healthy. Don't smoke. Don't drink any alcohol. Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits. Eat high quality protein like chicken, fish, eggs, soybeans. Take a a good prenatal vit. ;iron supplement if indicated by your ob.Exercise regularly-walking at least. Take calcium supplements with vit d; if your levels are not adequate. If you are overweight or obese try to limit wt gain to 20-25 lbs or less.
