See an OB: Your uterus lies below your intestinal tract, below the area over where your belly button is, and more to the back of your body, above your buttocks. I suggest, if you are pregnant, or not sure, get a urine pregnancy test checked at home, go to an OB, and ask a lot if questions for more specific answers, good luck !
