Ct of abdomen shows 5cm mass in myometrium of uterus, us showed nothing. very confused??

I am also confused as typically masses identified on a CT scan would also show up on an ultrasound unless there were technical challenges that made the ultrasound challenging. It would be best to circle back to the ordering providers.
