Im 4 months pregnant & my baby is still low on my uterus. once in a while the baby goes up to my belly button but then goes back down. is that okay .?

Normal : Your baby is enclosed inside your uterus. It is like a play pen in there . He/she can move around anywhere inside your uterus and be safe.
