My dr has kept me @30mg vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) for like 6mnths now. i don't know how 2 approach the idea of raising my dosage i worry abt coming off as drug seeking?

Document the onset: & duration of action of your current low dose. Know that as your doctor increases your dose toward 70 mg./day, your anxiety may increase, also. If you cannot tolerate a dose that gives you maximum effect, talk to your psychiatrist about switching around your " poly-pharmaceuticals" safely to be able to add a non-stimulant as an adjunct to Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine).
