Not a good idea if : you already have insomnia ! 70 mg. of Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) is the maximum adult daily dose. It lasts 12-14 hours. If you are feeling helpless/hopeless, please tell your psychiatrist. Discuss your treatment regimen & request a referral to a psychologist for Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy ASAP. Also, see your primary doctor to rule out medical causes of or contributors to your insomnia & depression . Take care.
