Exercise: Many exercises can be done without special equipment. Push-ups and abdominal crunches are helpful- just make sure you use good form (keep the back flat and BREATHE!) Fill empty milk jugs or soda bottles with water or sand to use as hand weights. Go for a walk or a run. Walk up and down stairs. Do yoga (there are many instructional programs on line). Just MOVE!!
