Start slow.: I would suggest a variety of the available workout videos. The ideal is based on your current level of fitteness. The p90x videos are quit intense, but need very little equipment. Start slow.The other aerobic videos are great as well. Be careful of doing lunges, as these can bother anyone with knee arthritis.
