Not normal: Hi. Finger stick capillary blood glucose is not approved for diagnosis. However, having said that, that's an awfully high blood glucose for 1 hour after a meal. I suggest you get a fasting SERUM glucose and an A1c at the least; a serum glucose 2 hours after a 75 gram oral glucose load is a good idea too. I bet you'll find multiple abnormalities. Eat healthily and exercise regularly. Control diabet
