Well : Blood sugar up to 120 after meals non-fasting is normal. Lesson 120 fasting in the morning is also normal. His primary care physician for lab work if you have concerns

Blood Glucose: For someone without diabetes, a fasting (no food for eight hours) blood sugar on awakening should be under 100 mg/dl. Before-meal blood sugars should be 70–99 mg/dl, and postprandial (after meal) sugars taken 2 hours after meals should be less than 140 mg/dl.
