Doubtful: Anything is conceivable, but this does not sound very likely unless you were shaking hands while having sex with this person. If you are still concerned a visit to your doctor and appropriate testing might reassure you.

Minimal risk: If you are concerned, get tested for HIV and hepatitis. Antivirals would not be indicated. All the best.
