No, but...: You're shaking hands with somebody with blood on their hand and you get a fleck of blood under your nail? And you're asking about HIV infection? Whatever really happened, if you have a realistic fear of having contracted HIV (and a fear in this situation is not realistic), get with your personal physician for the blood work. I know that SOMETHING happened and you're scared. Be brave. Get tested.
