Gum/tooth pain: May be mild infection or wisdom tooth impaction. Follow up with dentist this week, meanwhile try gargling 3x a day with salt water.

Regardless, See DDS: If you have a toothache, you may have a cavity or advanced gum disease or both. Regardless the etiology, anyone with a toothache should see a dentist for diagnosis and treatment.
