Following a real bad toothache, came this lump that feels really big but i can't see it. it's under my tongue in the same spot i had the toothache. it's hurts really bad. can you tell me what that is?

Worrisome: My first concern is that you have an abscess and that's dangerous, painful, and must be drained. If your tooth was removed, you may have a pocket of blood. That hurts but isn't dangerous. One way or the other, you need to see an oral surgeon or dentist ASAP for an accurate diagnosis and pain relief.

Treatment to Tooth??: Rarely does the infection from an absceesed tooth swell to the tongues side of the lower jaw(mandible). As the previous clinician advise,d see your dentist for advice care and a referral to an Oral Surgeon.
