That depends: Most often pan meds are treating the symptom of pain, but the underlying cause needs to be established and treated to get the real relief. Find out what your pain is coming from and get that condition evaluated and treated. This may involve further testing, neurologists,orthopedics, pain medicine specialists, physical therapists, psychiatrists, etc. Good luck
