Take meds: The way they are prescribed. If on your vial you see written "take 100 mg three times a day as needed" you should be fine. If you have it prescribed only twice a day do not take it unless agreed with your prescriber. In most states Tramadol is a controlled substance.

Ultram: Hi, you can take Ultram (Tramadol) every 6 hours if it's needed. I see that you take Oxycodone, too, I don't think this is wise at all as these 2 can interact with each other,
