Doc hasme taking 100 mg tramadol for pain !! if i took 100 mg 11 am another 100 mg at 5pm can i take another 100 mg at 11 pm ! i know max is 400 mg! ?

Take meds: The way they are prescribed. If on your vial you see written "take 100 mg three times a day as needed" you should be fine. If you have it prescribed only twice a day do not take it unless agreed with your prescriber. In most states Tramadol is a controlled substance.
