Vicodin question: Is it your prescriber's intent for you to discontinue Tramadol and only use Vicodin for breakthrough pain? 16 hour separation between the two medications is fine. Don't go mixing the two together. Your profile states that you are a young male patient. Be VERY careful with Vicodin use. It is not without short and long term side effects.
