Just put on 50mg trazodone, take 36mg concerta, & 1/2 of a 50mg tramadol 4 x day (100 total am weening off). doc said its ok since low doses. is ok?

Depends: Only your dr knows the answer. Med. Doses are calculated carefully and depend on the nature of your symptoms and how you have responded to meds so far. Ps tramadol is an opioid medication that can cause dependence / addiction.
