Tramadol is the only medication that keeps me able to move with p. neuropathy. doctors are afraid to give even a minimal dose. why?

On another note, don't discount the value of Cymbalta, Neurontin, Lyrica, amitriptyline, and other non-narcotic medications that could significantly/adequately manage your pain.
