What is the history of scoliosis? who discovered it?

Scoliosis: Scoliosis has been around as long as man started walking on two feet. There is no "original" discoverer of scolosis but the first detailed writings of this disorder came about in the mid-nineteenth century by a series of authors.

Ancient Greeks?: The ancient Greek Hippocrates, known to observe structure of the spine and secondly for its diseases. He introduced the terms kyphosis and scoliosis and wrote in depth about diagnosis and treatment of kyphosis and less about scoliosis.
