Odontoma: Usually an Odontoma feels like nothing unless it gets huge then you could possibly have issues. The key to an Odontoma is to remove is early because although it won't kill you, it can be locally destructive to bone around it and it requires removal or else it will continue to enlarge over time. Asymptomatic: An odontoma is a benign tumor and a very common one. In most cases the lesion is asymptomatic and is often detected by a routine x-ray.
